Preserve our Cemetery - Crest Hill Cemetery
Our cemetery is uniquely marked by the history of those who have been buried there. Weather and time have slowly eroded the names and dates of many of the markers. There are also some plots that never had a marker.
We wish to preserve this important piece of history for the community.
Do you have relatives from the areas of Crest Hill, Hume, Orlean and surrounding areas that have some connection to this church? We are in the process of creating a historical record of burials and need to identify some headstones and burial plots, including restoring abandoned tombs, repairing broken cemetery markers and monuments, etc.
