Trough Hill Today
Today Trough Hill still consists of families who were past residents of the village and attended Trough Hill as children. Some members are 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation relatives of the late Easter Nelson. In 2005, renovation began adding a dining hall, running water, and bathrooms. Services are still held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays beginning at 11:00 am membership range from 5-10. Current members of Trough Hill Baptist Church include; Rodney and Wanda Anderson, George and Andrea Anderson, Teresa Anderson, Loretta Granderson, Debra Kearney-Anderson, Zachary and Julie Anderson, Megan Gardner, Creavery Lloyd, Dave and Linda Jolley.
Our friends and family members include; Wayne Anderson, Flonoy Chambers, Monica and Matt Chambers, Reva Green, Demetris Carter, Quincy and the late Imogene Watson and the late Tony Anderson .
